Health Benefit Of Dark Chocolate

Chocolate Feedback: Semi sweet milk chocolate chips melted with a little shortening.
Chocolate Feedback: There is actually a dipping chocolate sold in the store or if you have a double boiler you can use chocolate chips or blocks of chocolate. Milk chocolate or dark chocolate works best.
Chocolate Feedback: Belgian
Chocolate Feedback: I’d also go with the semi sweet melted with a little shortning.
Chocolate Feedback: I prefer milk chocolate to go with cherries.
Chocolate Feedback: You can use either dark or milk chocolate. Check to see if your Walmart or Target carries “dipping” chocolate.
Chocolate Feedback: Coverchurn, other known as dipping chocolte, and you can defanatley find it sold at your grocery store, and its usally near the the chocolate chips or by the chocolate strawberries
Chocolate Feedback: you have to go to a candy store, that sells chocolate you have to cook down, or you can try to melt semi-sweet chocolate chips, I know that coverchum works the same way but it takes forever to stick to the fruit, but anything else will not dry on the fruit the way your thinking about, it will just be a sticky mess, I suggest checking out your local cake and candy store, like somewhere that sells wedding cakes they would have it.
Chocolate Feedback: You want to chop up some bittersweet chocolate. Don’t cheap out on the chocolate–use good stuff. You can melt it in the microwave a couple minutes, stopping to whisk it often until it’s smooth. Don’t let any water get in it.
You want strawberries with enough stem to hold, or you can put a skewer through them. Dip the strawberries in the chocolate, let the excess chocolate drip back into the bowl. Put the strawberries on a baking sheet lined with parchment, then put the sheet in the fridge to chill for an hour or so.
Edit: if you want to read more, I just looked–there are tons of matches if you search for “chocolate strawberries” at .
Chocolate Feedback: I love chocolate coated strawberries. I like to use dark chocolate. its so rich against the sweetness of the strawberry..DELICIOUS!
Chocolate Feedback: Semi sweet or dark chocolate because you want to taste the sweetness of the fruit. It really is your preference so you can even do a white chocolate or milk chocolate. If you really want to get creative you can do half white and half dark chocolate to make it look different! Well, now you made me hungry for chocolate so I’m gonna eat my own stash!
Chocolate Feedback: You can use either dark or milk chocolate.
Chocolate Feedback: Bernard Callebaut
Chocolate Feedback: Wilton premium chocolate coating. It comes in white, light chocolate (which is milk chocolate) and dark chocolate. You can get it at Michael’s Craft stores and Wal-Mart among other places. It is good and easy to use. If you can’t get that, melt the highest quality chips you can get from the store and add a little paraffin (from the jelly making area). Sounds gross but it makes the chocolate set up and be firm. Don’t need much, just experiment to get a good coating.
Chocolate Feedback: Use a semisweet one, either bark choc. or morsels found in the baking section at your market.
Chocolate Feedback: most use semi sweet chocolate, but you can use what ever kind you like. for variatiion i have used all three kinds, semi sweet, milk, and white chocolate. its looks very nice when they are all decorating a plate. people can choose which one they prefer
Chocolate Feedback: The best quality dark chocolate you can get your hands on. The higher the cocoa solids percentage, the better. If you can, 75% or above - Green and Blacks do wonderful high cocoa content fairtrade organic chocolate! The higher the cocoa solids content, the fewer problems you’re likely to have melting it, and the better it will taste. The rich bitter flavour of the chocolate will contrast and compliment the sweetness of the fruit too!
Good luck, and enjoy!
