Chocolate Feedback: sound’s yuk… :P that’s why we use Cow’s Milk in a Chocolate Milk Shake & add it up with E Numbers & Sugar… it’s what give’s it the flavour

Chocolate Feedback: Ice and milk will not make a milkshake. You have to start with ice cream.

Here is a recipe for sugar-free dairy-free ice cream

As far as I know, there aren’t any dairy-free sugar-free icecreams on the market

Chocolate Feedback: This recipe can be modified to be a chocolate shake.
    Sugar-Free, Dairy-Free Chai “Milkshake”

1/2 to 3/4 cup vanilla almond milk
    1 chai tea bag
    1 frozen ripe banana, sliced
    1 Tablespoon almond butter
    ice (optional)
Blend it all up! If your mixture is too thick, add more almond milk. If it is too thin, add more frozen banana or ice.
