Can you answer Roux’s question about Chocolate?:
I made chocolate fudge and poured it over a thin poythene paper and left it to set in the freezer over-night but the fudge is till sticking to the paper. I may have added too much condensed milk into my mixture which caused the fugde to not set properly but whatever the case I need advice on what to do now; will my fudge stick to the paper until I scrape it off or should I just leave it to set longer? Do I have any other options?

Can you answer *Charmstar*’s question about Chocolate?:
Im going to be making some chocolate candy suckers this week, And ill be using the chocolate melts from michaels, and some clear chocolate candy molds. But I dont want them to be one color. I want to put in the details with a bunch of different colors. And Im wondering what would be the best way to do this? Ive looked all over online and Cant find anything anywhere on candy decorating 101.
I thought possibly brushing different colors into the mold first, then pouring the base chocolate over that, but then wondered if it would melt the brushed chocolate back in with the other, and it would all go to waste?
And also, I want skin tone colored chocolate. How would I go about getting that?
