What kinds of fruits are best to dip into chocolate?

Strawberries are so scrumptious when dipped in chocolate; there are also many kinds of fruits you can use for dipping such as:

- Orange

- Apples

- Bananas

- Raspberries

- Kiwi

- Mango

- Pineapple

Keep in mind that fruits must be completely dried when dipping. Chocolate is very sensitive, a single drop of water can cause the entire batch to curdle.

For fruits such as mango, kiwi or pineapple, do not dip them directly to keep moisture away from the chocolate. As an alternative, line a pan with foil and place the fruits. Using a squeeze bottle, a small plastic bag or paper cone (cut off corner), dispense the chocolate onto the fruits.
